Easy Healthy Snack Idea - Oil Free + Vegan Recipe

One of my favorite healthy snacks recipes. It's super easy, oil-free, and vegan!

It's a delicious chocolate chip oatmeal walnut flax cookie recipe, that's perfect for a snack or dessert when you've got a sweet tooth but don't want junk food! Enjoy :)


Difficulty: Easy
Cook Time: 8-12 Mins
Temperature: 350F


Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
 
Directions:

  • Mix bananas, oats, ground flax seed, & vanilla extract in food processor until mixed
  • Then, stir in chocolate chips and walnuts
  • Scoop cookie sized balls onto baking sheet
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes at 350F
