Black Bean Salad

I love this recipe. Not only is it delicious and satisfying, but it’s fast, easy, and great for energy before activity.

1 Can black beans – rinsed
1 Small can corn – rinsed
3 Small tomatoes
2 Green onions
1/4 Cup jalapenos
Cilantro to taste

Chop up tomatoes, green onions, jalapenos, and cilantro. Mix together with black beans and corn.
