Classic Lasagna Made Vegan
My Sicilian side has always loved, and appreciated, a good lasagna, so it was one of the first recipes I veganized when I ditched animal products. Turmeric and Italian Herb Tofu
Here’s a quick, simple tofu recipe. It’s packed with protein, calcium, iron, and omega 3 fatty acids (to name a few of the great benefits of tofu).
