Alkaline High Protein Salad

Alkaline High Protein Salad

Ingredients

  • 3-4 cups kale
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup wild rice, cooked
  • 1 cup quinoa, cooked
  • 1/2 avocado, chopped

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, massage kale with 1/2 of the lemon juice and salt.
  • Add tomatoes, wild rice, quinoa, avocado, the rest of the lemon juice, and blend with a spoon.
