Alkaline High Protein Salad

Alkaline High Protein Salad
Oil free
Ingredients
- 3-4 cups kale
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 cup tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup wild rice, cooked
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1/2 avocado, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, massage kale with 1/2 of the lemon juice and salt.
- Add tomatoes, wild rice, quinoa, avocado, the rest of the lemon juice, and blend with a spoon.
