Vegan Big Mac with the Special Sauce!

Hey, thanks for watching! I recently posted a pic of a burger I made on Instagram and since then I’ve received a lot of requests to show how I made it! So in this video I share my vegan big mac recipe, with homemade patties and sauce. Who needs McDonalds or animal products when you can veganize it and have your own homemade junk food fix!

Epic Vegan Big Mac Recipe
Equipment
- Food processor
- Grill or skillet
Ingredients
Burger
- 1 19 oz can chickpeas, reserve the liquid from the can
- 1/8 cup aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)
- 1/2 cup vegan bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tbsp chickpea flour
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Sauce
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
- 2 tbsp french dressing
- 4 tsp sweet relish
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
Burger
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse until roughly blended.
- Hand form the mixture into 2 patties.
- In a non-stick skillet or grill, on medium heat, cook the patties on both sides for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and combine with a spatula or spoon until well blended.
