STATIC vs DYNAMIC Stretching for Flexibility & Performance – Pros & Cons

In this video I talk about the difference between Static and Dynamic Stretching for flexibility, performance, and physical health. Stretching is important for everyone, from athletes of all levels, to people who are sedentary. I share the Pros, Cons, and Tips of each stretch from my 20+ years as a competitive athlete, and what’s worked for me. It’s important to know the difference between the different types of stretches so we can better prepare ourselves before activity, after activity, and to avoid injury.
