Turmeric and Italian Herb Tofu

High protein, Oil Free, Low Fat, Low Carb, Gluten Free

Here’s a quick, simple tofu recipe. It’s packed with protein, calcium, iron, and omega 3 fatty acids (to name a few of the great benefits of tofu).

Recipe Ingredients:
(Use amounts to taste preference. Listed in order of most used)

  • Turmeric (fights inflammation)
  • Italian herbs
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Hot sauce

Directions:

  • Cut firm tofu into pieces
  • Pan “fry” the tofu and seasonings with water in non-stick pan, continuously adding small amounts of water as need
