Here’s a quick, simple tofu recipe. It’s packed with protein, calcium, iron, and omega 3 fatty acids (to name a few of the great benefits of tofu).

(Use amounts to taste preference. Listed in order of most used)
- Turmeric (fights inflammation)
- Italian herbs
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Hot sauce
- Cut firm tofu into pieces
- Pan “fry” the tofu and seasonings with water in non-stick pan, continuously adding small amounts of water as need
