What is your diet/lifestyle? Vegan

What attracted you to eating that type of lifestyle? Initially to be healthy, and now being healthy, strong and cruelty free.

Which sports & activities are your passionate about? All combat sports, I am an MMA competitor, I am also a pretty good half Marathoner and I am most passionate about helping other people live healthier lifestyles.

What is one of your greatest athletic moments? Senior Year of High school, making it to the Wi. Division 1 state wrestling tournament

What goal(s) do you currently have, and how do you plan on achieving it? My greatest goal is to inspire and guide others to be the healthiest and strongest they can be. I try to lead by example and walk the walk.

What is your favorite fuel before activity? That depends on the activity. I love fruit and I am liking the Vega sport sugar free energizer.

What is your favorite food for recovery? I love frozen bananas with spinach a little oj and cacao. Makes a great nice cream

What/Who inspires you? So many people inspire me. Everyone has a story and I find inspiration from just about everyone I meet.

Describe yourself with the first 3 words that come to mind!: Always Seeking Improvement

What advice would you give to an athlete looking to go vegan? For some, maybe start with a few days a week, gradually increasing as you gain knowledge. Have supportive people around you.
