Classic Banana Bread Veganized!

Classic Banana Bread Veganized

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 egg replacers
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces optional
  • 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350F
  • In one bowl mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt
  • In another bow mix and cream together the butter and brown sugar, then add in your egg replacer
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix, then add in your mashed up bananas and mix
  • Last, mix in your walnuts and chocolate chips
  • Put mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan and bake at 350F for 50-60 minutes
