Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Walnut Flax Cookie
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Preheat oven at 350F
- In a food processor, add bananas, oats, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and blend until there are no chunks.
- Remove blade and stir in vegan chocolate chips and walnuts with a spatula or spoon.
- On a nonstick baking sheet, spoon mixture onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes
