Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Walnut Flax Cookie

Vegan Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Walnut Flax Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven at 350F
  • In a food processor, add bananas, oats, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, and blend until there are no chunks.
  • Remove blade and stir in vegan chocolate chips and walnuts with a spatula or spoon.
  • On a nonstick baking sheet, spoon mixture onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-12 minutes
