
Vegan Ginger Molasses Cookies
I have always loved ginger molasses cookies! So, I had to come up with a vegan recipe that’s chewy and packed with flavor!

Vegan Ginger Molasses Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup fancy molasses
- 2 egg replacers
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 cups flour
- 4 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375F
- Cream together butter and sugar
- Mix in fancy molasses, 2 egg replacers, & vanilla
- In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together
- Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
- Scoop cookie dough onto cookie sheet
- Bake for 8-10 minutes (makes about 16 cookies)
